1. Do I need to register to use this service?

Yes, We need to track usage of this service and make sure no one is abusing our service.

2. How much does this service cost?

The normal price for this service is $20 per month. However, we will offer free registration in April 2009 to help promote our service. All we require is a link back to our website. That is a saving of $240 for one year use of our service. So, no payments needed to register.

3. Which thumbnail image sizes do you provide?

All Images are captured at 800x600. However you can specify any of the following image sizes:

xxs - 80 x 60

Yes please. We accept free registrations for April 2009 to help promote this service; please be so kind and add a link back to our website on each page you use our website thumbnails.

5. How long does it take to retrieve a thumbnail?

All cached thumbnails are served immediately. We will also update these thumbnails every 14 days to make sure we have the latest thumbnails available.

If the thumbnail is not cached, we will queue the domain for thumbnail retrieval. It can take anything from 1 second to 20 seconds to retrieve a specific thumbnail and cache it.

5. What will my customer see if a thumbnail is not yet retrieved?
